COMPETITION FORMAT

Division One - Six Teams of Six

Division Two - Eight Teams of Six

Play is to commence at 7pm so get to the club early so that competition can start on time.  It is important to have a prompt start as we have many young players who should finish their matches as early as possible.

If you cannot play, try and arrange a player from one of the other four teams who are playing on the alternate night.  If you are say a number five player you can select a player ranked at number five or lower. Don’t leave getting a replacement player too late and once you have arranged a replacement please let your captain know.

Teams may alter slightly in the next few weeks if player’s rankings are different to what the committee has presumed when forming the teams.

DUTY TEAM

Each night two teams are allocated as the duty team.

First named team is to provide supper, sell lucky squares and clean kitchen area.

Second named team is required to clean the hall, upstairs, plus sweep the hall.

Ideally there should be no rubbish left about as everyone should put their own rubbish in the bin, return cups and mugs, plus place their empty cans and bottles in the crates.

$25.00 of the money made from the lucky squares goes to the duty team to purchase the supper for the following week.
